I carry around a little green book and everytime I have an idea - even if I think its dum - I jot it down. And then reread it. And sometimes it is dum but it stimulates my writing and brain so much my fingers cant keep up poor things. Its just that we cant always conjure up the thoughts while infront of a flat screen. Living and reading make writers. Not pacing!!! Thats for house cleaning!

    Great idea about the notebook!

You’re so right–we need to be out gaining experiences before we can write much worth reading.
